No place for religion at TU Delft?

this is the title of the article in our university newspaper Delta. I did not see it on time, it’s three weeks old.

The “Knee-jerk reaction” by Berghuis is a bit over the top.

I would agree that the ad contains some weird reactions; but generally, it’s not that bad. It would’ve been prudent to write “god(s)” over “God” – the latter denotes the Abrahamic deity, which means the formulation is less “open” than it could have been.

Generally, the message is just an open invitation for a conversation; I see nothing wrong with that.

Berghuis sees a lot in there that I don’t see. I see a group of people that have an answer, that are open to speak to others and genuinely want to help.
